Becoming a Love and Logic Parent® training course

Love allows children to grow from their mistakes. Logic allows them to live with the consequences of their choices.

Topics cover all aspects of parenting from toddler to teens. Learn simple loving techniques that establish effective limits without threats and anger. See instructional and humorous video tapes of Jim Fay, Charles Fay, Ph.D., and Foster W. Cline, M.D., of the Love and Logic Institute, Inc. Do exercises in the participant handbook designed to enhance learning. Experiment with the techniques at home each week to get the most out of each class. Solve problems and share experiences with your classmates about specific parenting issues. Have more fun than you are supposed to have in a parenting workshop.

Help your child to be responsible, solve their own problems, obtain tools for coping with the real world, form a good relationship with you, have an interest in School, and do their chores!

Class Schedule 2009 - 2010

Class lasts six weeks, a two-hour session each week, total instruction time is 12 hours. Pre-registration for our classes is required. Payment is non-refundable, we allow you to reschedule your class within six months time if your availability changes. Yearly schedule set in August.

Former students can register with a new person that they refer and attend class together for a free refresher!
